Loving God and Loving Others Fearlessly
Rev. Dr. Tracy L. Saletta
Pastor
Rev. Dr. Tracy L. Saletta has been serving Christ in various ministry leadership positions for over 38 years. She has been the lead pastor at Cornerstone Christian Fellowship since 2015 and was the associate pastor for 9 years prior to that. Dr. Saletta is a certified life coach through iPEC, a mental health coach with Lyra Health, the director of Cornerstone’s internship mentoring program and the CEO JusticeRain, INC. She is a firm believer that love has the power to change lives, and as a result, with the help of the CCF leadership team, has revised Cornerstone’s mission statement to Loving God and Loving Others Fearlessly, in order to reflect that belief. It is her life’s passion to press into God’s love every day and then to take that love out into the world and do her best to love all people as fearlessly as God loves her.
Rev. Terri Moss Witmyer
Pastor of Worship and Arts
Terri is thrilled to serve Cornerstone in a role that combines her pastoral call with her passion for the arts. Terri holds a music degree from West Chester University and an MDiv from Palmer Theological Seminary and was ordained at Cornerstone after completing the pastoral internship program. She seeks to support and empower musicians, artists, and creatives and thereby bless the Cornerstone congregation and surrounding community.
Brittany Anderson
Executive Administrative Director
Brittany Anderson has been the Executive Administrative Director at Cornerstone since May 2025. Her passion for administrative leadership provides organization and communication among the various ministries, leadership and members of Cornerstone.
Matt Ziegler
Youth Ministry
Matt Ziegler is a Health and Physical Education teacher at Fugett Middle School in West Chester, PA. He has a Bachelor degree and Masters degree in education from West Chester University. Matt has served as co-youth pastor for the middle school and high school youth group at Cornerstone Christian Fellowship since 2010.
Rhashida Conley
Children's Ministry
Rhashida is an administrator at Keller Williams in Media, PA and was a part of the Children's Ministry Core Team for several years before taking on the role as Co-Director of CCF's Children's Ministry in 2020 with Natalia Berkman. Rhashida is passionate about empowering children to be rooted in God’s Word, knowing His love, and growing in their faith.
Natalia Berkman
Children's Ministry
Natalia has been involved in Cornerstone Christian Fellowship’s Children’s Ministry for the past 9 years serving in various teaching roles and on the Children's Ministry Core Team. She has been Co-Director of Children's Ministry with Rhashida Conley since 2020. She participated and completed Cornerstone's Internship Certificate program in 2019 and currently works at St. Agnes School in West Chester, teaching and caring for young children. She has a passion to see children empowered to fully use their gifts and to develop a deep-rooted faith.
