Compassion Ministry

The mission of the Compassion Ministry is to create a kind & compassionate environment, to treat God’s children with dignity, grace, and respect, and to bless, support and serve those in need.

Local Ministry

Compassion reaches out to individuals and families within our local community to help with basic needs such as aiding with payment for utility bills, rent, car payments, medical bills, grocery & gas needs, and much more. Our heart is to help those who may be in tough and tight monetary situations.

Prison Ministry

Women’s Prison Ministry
Every Wednesday morning, members of the Compassion team visit the Chester County Women’s Prison to lead a Bible Study to share the love of Christ with the inmates and encourage them that God has a better plan for their lives. Also, the second Sunday of every month, the Compassion team goes to the prison to provide a church service for the inmates.

Malachi Dads
This is a mentoring ministry that helps

inmates find employment, reconnect with their children, and provide support after they are released from prison.

Free Soup Fridays

Every Friday in the month of December, the Compassion team provides a free soup & sandwich lunch to the West Chester community. All are welcome!

Donations

The Compassion Ministry is completely funded by Cornerstone Christian Fellowship individuals who give generously to assist those who are in need.
